We are hiring a Sales Manager – USA

Do you have experience with plate heat exchangers and an interest in growing a market that is still in its early stages? You might be exactly who we are looking for.

As our Sales Manager in the USA, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding SonFlow’s presence in the American market, working closely with our Danish headquarters. We already have an established US presence with some sales that are currently managed from Denmark.

In 2026, we also plan to launch local plate stamping and brazing operations to serve American customers more efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a sales strategy for the American market aligned with SonFlow’s overall strategy
• Identify and reach out to new customers across relevant industries
• Be the primary contact for American customers, ensuring excellent service and technical support
• Maintain close contact with the team in Denmark regarding planning, reporting, and product feedback
• Support the establishment of a local plate stamping and brazing production
• Represent SonFlow at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits across the USA.

 

What We are Looking For:

• Experience with B2B sales, preferably within the heat exchanger, or broader thermal/fluid management industry
• Comfortable working on your own while staying aligned with a central team
• Based in the USA, with a willingness to travel within the country and occasionally to Denmark
• An existing network within the American plate heat exchanger sector
• Technical background or strong technical interest in heat transfer products
