Service and Maintenance - Plate Heat Exchangers
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your plate heat exchangers, it should be operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the instruction manuals, which can be found here.
We recommend conducting maintenance at least once a year to keep your plate heat exchanger in optimal condition.
Are you interested in upgrading your plate pack?
Our plates are compatible with plate heat exchangers from several different brands. Feel free to contact us to determine whether your plate heat exchanger can be upgraded with a SonFlow plate pack.
Service and Maintenance - Pumps
To ensure cost-effective and reliable operations, our pumps should be operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the instruction manual, which can be found here.
Regular inspections and preventive maintenance are essential for all pumps. We recommend checking the pump every 6 months (more frequently under extreme conditions).
SonFlow offers service and repair for all types of centrifugal pumps, both for breakdown situations and as part of preventative maintenance, regardless of the brand.

We recommend using original spare parts for your DanPumps pump and SonFlow plate heat exchanger to prevent any consequential damage and ensure optimal production performance.

DanPumps Spare parts
At DanPumps A/S, we ensure that your pumps always run optimally. We maintain a large stock of spare parts for all our pumps, including both current models and those that are no longer in production. This allows us to offer fast delivery, minimizing downtime and keeping your processes running smoothly.
If you need a spare part for your pump, you can easily contact us or reach out directly to one of our many local agents. Many of our agents also have spare parts in stock, so you can get what you need quickly.
Pumpex and PX Pumps spare parts
DanPumps keeps a large inventory of spare parts for the discontinued pump brands Pumpex and PX pumps. Although these pumps are no longer in production, we still offer spare parts for all essential components such as seals, impellers and wear rings.
We therefore have spare parts in stock for all discontinued Pumpex k-models.
